About Your Trip
This Vacation Package entitles the recipients to seven (7) days and six (6) nights in Jamaica. We are offering you this all-inclusive resort vacation as a means of promotional benefits. Your package includes all your meals, drinks, entertainment, nightly shows and non-motorized water sports.
Your accommodations are valid Monday through Friday based on double occupancy. You are entitled to all the included hotel amenities. We use a variety of accommodations to fulfill these lodgings which will be discussed at the time of booking.
This package is limited to members only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license and a major credit card.
This offer is not valid in states where prohibited by law. You must travel no later than eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase.
All transportation to and from your resort, meals, hotel taxes, energy surcharges and gratuities are the responsibility of the passengers traveling. We are not responsible for airfare, ground transportation, car rentals, state sales tax, resort taxes, gratuities, telephone or other incidental charges.
The client agrees to accept responsibility for all charges incurred over and above those provided by this agreement. Confirmation dates must be received in advance of airline reservations.
Directions for Use
All reservations are subject to availability and for your protection MUST BE MADE BY MAIL using the enclosed RESERVATION REQUEST FORM. We must receive the reservation request forms at least sixty (60) days prior to requested travel date. Holidays and peak travel time may require an additional surcharge, which will vary by location and time of year.
Accommodations are available year round on a space-available basis and a minimum 60-day advance notice. Reservation requests may be honored with less than a sixty (60) days notice for a surcharge of seventy-five dollars ($75). Travel dates with less than 60 days notice will be accepted if dates are available and are no less than 30 days before requested date.
All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only, travel itineraries are sent two weeks prior to the confirmed travel date. You must receive a written and/or verbal confirmation booking number prior to booking airline tickets.
We make every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected; therefore, we reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value.
Our affiliates, and/or suppliers are not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, United States Government changes, or acts of God.
The completed reservation request form must be received at least 60 days prior to requested travel date; incomplete request forms will be sent back to the passenger.
All requests for reservation shall be subject to availability. Requests will be filled on a first-come first-fulfilled basis. Travel documents will be issued thereafter confirming selected dates.
Cancellation of Travel Dates
This promotional vacation package is not refundable. Once the requested travel dates are booked there is a seventy-five dollar ($75) fee for cancellation and there may be additional fees charged by the travel vendor. Optional travel insurance is available for purchase.
Transferability
This package is transferable under the terms and conditions listed here. The specified terms of this agreement cannot be changed or altered. Send the name and address of transfer parties to our corporate office along with a fifty-dollar ($50) transfer fee to exchange ownership of the vacation.
Spontaneous alterations to confirmed travel dates or itineraries may result in cancellation fees and penalties and will be accommodated at our discretion.
