About your Trip
This Vacation Package entitles the recipient to seven (7) nights in Branson, MO., along with two (2) show tickets. We are offering you this fabulous vacation package choice as a means of promotional benefits. Two (2) adults must use this vacation. Your accommodations are valid for check in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday; based on a 1-bedroom condominium accommodation. You are entitled to all the included condo amenities. Accommodations utilized to fulfill these lodgings are at the sole discretion of The Vacation Club
This package is limited to members only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license and a major credit card. This offer is not valid in states where prohibited by law. You must travel on this Reservation Request Form no later than eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase as shown on the reverse side of this form. An extension of this offer will be issued at The Vacation Club’s discretion for a surcharge.
All transportation to and from Branson, meals, taxes, and gratuities are the responsibility of the passengers traveling. The Vacation Club is not responsible for airfare, ground transportation, car rentals, state sales tax, resort taxes, gratuities, telephone or other incidental charges. The client agrees to accept responsibility for all charges incurred over and above those provided by this agreement. To purchase airline transportation from The Vacation Club call (800) 530-6535. Confirmation dates must be received in advance of airline reservations.
Directions for Use
All reservations are subject to availability and for your protection MUST BE MADE BY MAIL to The Vacation Club, 24 N. Washington Suite 100, Batavia, IL 60510 using this RESERVATION REQUEST FORM. The Vacation Club must receive the reservation request form at least sixty (60) days prior to requested travel date. Holidays and peak travel time may require an additional surcharge, which will vary by location and time of year. Accommodations are available year round on a space-available basis and a minimum 60-day advance notice. Reservation requests may be honored with less than a sixty (60) days notice for a surcharge of seventy-five dollars ($75). Travel dates with less than 60 days notice will be accepted if dates are available and are no less than 30 days before requested date. All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only.
All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only, travel itineraries are sent two weeks prior to the confirmed travel date. The Vacation Club makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected; therefore, reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or cruise lines of equal or greater value. The Vacation Club, their affiliates, and/or suppliers are not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, United States Government changes, or acts of God. Additional adults pay $39.00 per person. Additional children, (under 18), pay $39.00 per child, Maximum 4 to a room. The completed reservation request form and fees must be sent to The Vacation Club at least 60 days prior to requested travel date; incomplete request forms will be sent back to the passenger.
All requests for reservation shall be subject to availability. Requests will be filled on a first-come first fulfilled basis. The Vacation Club will issue travel documents thereafter confirming selected dates
Cancellation of Travel Dates
This promotional vacation package is not refundable. Once the requested travel dates are booked there is a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150) fee for cancellation and there may be additional fees charged by the travel vendor. Optional travel insurance is available for purchase from The Vacation Club. No refunds will be made for any services provided that are not used.
Transferability
This package is transferable under the terms and conditions listed here. The specified terms of this agreement cannot be changed or altered. Send the name and address of transfer parties to The Vacation Club, 24 N. Washington Suite 100, Batavia, IL 60510 along with a seventy-five dollar ($75) transfer fee to exchange ownership of the vacation. Spontaneous alterations to confirmed travel dates or itineraries may result in cancellation fees and penalties and will be accommodated at the discretion of The Vacation Club.
